Bâtiment en structure bois (poteaux-poutres bois massif), façade en caissons de bois préfabriques et remplissage en béton de chanvre projeté hors site, sols durs extérieurs en pavé de réemploi. Utilisation du béton de chanvre pisé pour un mur intérieur sur deux niveaux afin d’apporter régulation hygrométrique et inertie. Bâtiment non climatisé.

Building with a wooden structure (solid wood posts and beams), facade made of prefabricated wooden caissons and filling made of hemp concrete projected off site, external hard floors made of reused paving stones. Use of adobe hemp concrete for an interior wall on two levels to provide hygrometric regulation and inertia. The building is not air-conditioned.
